 Carie is a stress specialist with 15 yrs in applied practice. She gives one-to-one sessions and seminars on all aspects relating to personal stress. She also provides stress audits for company teams and executives, and gives half-day and one-day stress awareness workshops for specialist high-stress occupational groups.
