Executive Stress Management Coaching/Training Programme
(Grants/Subsidies available)
Reduce Stress, increase wellbeing. Enhance your ability to manage stress in yourself and in others. Lead your employees more effectively with improved managerial skills.
Our new executive programme is designed for senior professionals and business owners to provide the support needed to manage stress and improve health and wellbeing in these challenging times. Business success is dependent upon on the skills and leadership of its owners - investing in this leadership will help to achieve goals and help reach optimum levels of performance.
With the knowledge that many businesses are not investing (or not investing enough) in training, coaching or leadership support we are pleased to announce that those participating in this scheme will be eligible to a sizeable grant towards the cost of the programme.
To be eligible for the grants you must meet the following criteria:
- Be the CEO, Director or Owner of a UK Organisation
- Employee 2-249 people
- Be an EU resident
- Not have accessed L&M grant since April 1st 2011
The programme will deliver training and coaching in areas that will provide clear benefit for your business and in your ability to lead your people. Open to leaders of small, medium and large organisations with training and coaching in areas such as:

- Work/Life balance
- Communication Skills
- Time Management
- Stress Management
- Coping with the stress of financial challenges
- Resolving conflict
- Thriving in a credit crunched world
- Dealing with high levels of pressure
Overview
The programme is designed to increase your resources and ability to dealing with stress, improve energy levels, in turn boosting your productivity and efficiency.
We will teach equip you with a toolbox of tools which are the key to handling challenging situations. In order to lead people effectively through challenging situations over a sustained period, leaders need firstly to master their own stress and energy levels. This means balancing the demands of leadership with their personal needs; staying healthy; being able to relax; rising above the problems; and staying clear and calm when others are emotional.
The programme is tailored to meet your specific business and personal needs.
After completing this package you will be able to:
- Understand what Stress is and how it affects us
- Recognise the signs and symptoms of stress
- Know when stress is an appropriate response and when it will hinder us
- Understand the importance of maintaining a good work / life balance
- Have the ability to recognise stress in your employees
- Understand how you can utilise the HSE’s Stress Management Standards to ensure you have a happy healthy workforce
