Looking after your staff will increase your profitability:
- Work by Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP commissioned by the Health Work Wellbeing Executive (2008) indicated that ‘workplace wellness makes commercial sense’.
- Evidence from the Sunday Times’ ‘Best Companies to work for in the UK’34 shows that companies who have higher levels of staff engagement (looking at parameters such as employee well-being) have 13% lower staff turnover, less than half the sickness absence of the UK average, and on the stock market they have consistently out-performed the FTSE 100
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development evidence suggests that initial programme costs can quickly be translated into financial benefits, either through cost savings or additional revenue generation. Their message is clear: good health is good business.
- A government report has concluded that for every £1 invested in wellbeing you can expect a £2.50 worth of gained productivity and efficiency
Our massage therapies are designed to fit in easily to your office environment:

Acupressure chair massage
A clothed, non-oil massage, with the client seated comfortably on an ergonomically designed massage chair, to support their posture. The therapist will work on the stress bearing areas of the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands to unlock muscle tension and reduce stress levels.
Indian Head Massage
Focusing primarily on the scalp, neck and shoulder areas, the therapist uses kneading and compression techniques, based on the ancient Ayurvedic system of healing, to relieve stress, headaches, migraines and eye strain. Indian head massage is often performed at the desk with the client sat on an office chair.
Reflexology
An ancient therapy, based on the belief that zones and reflex points on the feet correspond to different glands, organs or areas of the body. By massaging these reflexes, the therapist can treat specific ailments or conditions, promoting healing from within and restoring the body’s equilibrium. The treatment can be performed with the client sat on an office chair, or for regular visits, we suggest you keep a massage table/reflexology chair on site.
