    Favourite Pastime: Swimming in open water; usually the lake by the office. I also love running with my dog, Nanook!

    Proudest Moment: Crossing the finish line of one of the toughest endurance events and hearing over the tannoy ‘Neil Shah of Great Britain – YOU ARE AN IRONMAN!’

    What do you enjoy most about your role? I love my job with a passion and am fortunate to get paid for something I could happily do for free! Being able to positively contribute and make a difference is the most fulfilling part of my job and I am proud to be part of a passionate and loyal team

    If you were granted three wishes what would you wish for?

    1) That I lived in the world that John Lennon envisioned in the song ‘Imagine’

    2) That my old dog Bhim comes back from doggy heaven

    3) That Duncan stops sticking pictures of Liverpool players on my desk

    If you were stranded on a desert island, what 5 items would you want with you and why?

    1) My Vitamix

    2) A water powered generator so I can make green smoothies

    3) A device to play my Spotify tunes on

    4) A football called Wilson so that I can discuss the mysteries of the universe with it

    5) Samwise Gamgee as he seems to be the perfect company to have around when doing your best to survive!

    What do you enjoy most about your role? Every day is different.  I get to speak to new people all of the time, try to understand their situation and make a change

    If you could invite 3 people (living or dead) to a dinner party who would you invite and why? Bobby Sands, Mahatma Gandhi and Cesar Chavez…so I could eat their dinners!

    What do you enjoy most about your role? I love the team I work with and all of the different aspects my job involves. It’s never a dull day!

    If you were a plate of food what would you be?  I would be a seafood platter

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? To fly, so I could go somewhere sunny every weekend!

    What do you enjoy most about your role? I love what I do and am part of a wonderful team!

    If you could invite 3 people (living or dead) to a dinner party who would you invite and why? Manilal (brother-in law, deceased), Sanjay Mehta (friend) and Abdul Yusuf (friend) so that we could re-live some of the best memories I have!

    If you were a plate of food what would you be? I would be a cheesecake

    What do you enjoy most about your role? Building a relationship with our clients and supporting them to reduce stress. It is very rewarding when our solutions positively impact individuals and organisations. Being part of a supportive team is a plus!

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? Flying because I am scared of airplanes.

    What is your guilty pleasure? Reading psychological thriller books

    If you were a plate of food what would you be? A cupcake- something small but sweet!

    Proudest Moment: Getting into university and landing a placement here!

    What do you enjoy most about your role? I love that I am given the opportunity to experience the real world of business whilst being able to help and support individuals. The social media element allows me to be part of something I do on a day to day basis where I can put my creative spin on each platform.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? Teleportation. It makes travelling the world much easier.

    What is your guilty pleasure? Watching old cartoons from the 90’s.

    If you were stranded on a desert island, what 5 items would you want with you and why?

    1) Glasses – I’m blind without.

    2) A Lifestraw – I need water.

    3) Knife – for many purposes!

    4) Some sort of music device – music is life!

    5) A hammock – might as well enjoy being on an island!

    If you were a plate of food what would you be? I would be a plate of fruit – the colours reflect my happiness and positivity.

    Proudest Moment: Graduating from my Bachelor’s in Psychology at the age of 19 and commencing my MSc in Occupational & Business Psychology straight after!

    What do you enjoy most about your role? This has to be the fact that I get to apply the knowledge from my masters to the work that I do and of course, knowing that I’m helping individuals learn how to effectively manage their stress and wellbeing in the workplace.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? The ability to travel through time would be amazing! Mainly so that I could warn people about future events and work towards making this world a better place.

    What is your guilty pleasure? Chocolate. All day, every day.

    If you were stranded on a desert island, what 5 items would you want with you and why?   

    1) My iPod – because music keeps me motivated

    2) Chocolate – no need to explain why!

    3) A collection of John Keats’ poetry – because his writing is beautiful and captivating.

    4) An endless supply of water!

    5) My family – because they keep me sane!

    If you were a plate of food what would you be? I would be macaroni and cheese!

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why?  Healing because there are just too many horrible diseases.

    What is your guilty pleasure? Candy Crush Saga

    If you were stranded on a desert island, what 5 items would you want with you and why? 

    1) My family as life without them would not be worthwhile

    2) Some good books to travel to other places in my imagination

    3) A solar powered music player to lift our spirits (do they exist?)

    4) Suntan lotion as I am assuming it will be hot

    5) A knife for opening coconuts and generally building some shelter!

    Favourite Pastime: Spending time in nature

    Proudest Moment: Taking a leap and putting my career on hold to travel solo for 2 years. It was life changing in so many ways and I achieved things I’d never imagined.

    What do you enjoy most about your role? Making a difference. Small and big, I know that my contributions impact my colleagues, the organisation and ultimately all the people that we help.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? The ability to fly – it would be an amazing way to see the world and I’d love to experience the sense of freedom and perspective it would bring.

    What is your guilty pleasure? Property Programmes! In very rare moments where I turn on the TV / Catch up you’ll find me watching Grand Designs, Small Spaces or similar house themed shows.

    If you were stranded on a desert island, what 5 items would you want with you and why? 

    1) My family– not strictly an item but my husband and children are worth far more to me that any item on the planet and I wouldn’t want to be without them.

    2 & 3) Paper and Pencils – I love to draw, doodle, make notes and I’d love to record my experiences

    4) A big soft fluffy blanket – a little bit of comfort and warmth

    5) A kindle full of all the books I want to read but never get time to!

    Favourite Pastime: Long walks by the sea, nothing beats it.

    Proudest Moment: Visiting Aldershot to teach yoga to The British Army. It was a moment I will never forget.

    What do you enjoy most about your role? That I get to share what I love with others. Yoga has had a significant impact on my life, positively impacting my well-being and the way I relate to myself and others. It’s a gift to guide and support individuals to develop their own self-awareness and watch how this positively impacts their lives.

    If you could have a super power what would it be and why? To fly. There’s something magical about being high up. I think it’s the fact that you literally rise above everything, it’s a great way to gain perspective.

    What is your guilty pleasure? Almond nut butter – so good!

    If you were a plate of food what would you be? Avocado and poached egg on rye toast with chilli, salt and pepper? It’s one of my favourite go-to dishes so it must say something about me!
