He has developed a new therapy called ‘The BEDA Method’, an acronym standing for 4 key areas required for optimum stress management and protection. The letters stand for BREATHING EXERCISE DIET ATTITUDE.

His way of working is very person centred; Michael likes to empower his clients to make changes through sound education. Often when dealing with stress, you are dealing with the invisible. If we can make the invisible, visible then we have a chance for clients to get a handle on what they are dealing with.

It is a known fact that the more fit a person is the better he is to handle stress. He works using BEDA as it provides a blueprint for clients to become the fittest mentally, physically, emotionally and ultimately spiritually they can possibly be.

The reason why he feel this is necessary, is because you have to ask yourself one simple question, in today’s world climate of wars, terrorism, cut backs, job insecurity, is the stress going to get less or more?
