  • Paula Ruane

    Paula has been working with individuals and teams since 2007, providing proactive training and support to release stress and anxiety, strengthen mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Part of this includes mind/body biofeedback for additional support.

    Clients quickly are able to release anxiety and stress and receive appropriate training and strategies. This provides balance, calm and control enabling people to be the optimum version of themselves at all times.

  • Aideen Smith-Watson

    As the founder of Life Blueprint, Aideen is a qualified well-being coach, working with a variety of clients who are looking for positive ways to deal with life’s pressures including stress, anxiety, concentration, overwhelm, frustration and self-doubt.

    She draws from positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness to help clients strengthen their personal awareness and build greater resilience to more powerfully navigate the challenges, opportunities and goals within their personal and/or professional life.

    Her wellbeing courses and workshops are designed to help employers and employees explore techniques that work specifically for them to:

    ·        elicit the relaxation response

    ·        generate more life balance

    ·        enhance wellbeing

    ·        lower stress

    ·        have greater engagement and productivity

    Aideen’s zest for life and individual style shines through as she debunks some of the mystique that often surrounds mindfulness. She clearly demonstrates the many practical tools and techniques that can be incorporated into our daily lives, tailoring her fun and interactive approach to each individual audience.

    Bringing a multi-disciplined focus to her work, she draws from positive psychology and neuroscience to help clients strengthen their personal awareness and build greater resilience to more powerfully navigate the challenges, opportunities and goals within their personal, school and/or professional life. Her approach helps her clients respond more creatively; increasing energy and productivity; enhancing their resilience and self-belief and ultimately greater happiness.

    A former marketing consultant, a mum of two young boys who was definitely feeling the overwhelm as she strived to achieve a happy work life balance, she is a living testimony to the benefits of incorporating mindfulness into her life. She brings a wealth of experience as a qualified S.M.A.R.T. (Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques), meditation and mindfulness instructor for adults; a S.M.A.R.T. Young Minds Mindfulness, Resilience & Wellbeing Schools Coach; Life coach, Licenced Neuro Linguistic Practitioner and also a graduate from The Science of Happiness programme. She considers her greatest education the pain, joy and growth from life’s ups and downs.

  • Scott Langmuir Montgomery

    Scott provides stress management classes and sessions, hypnotherapy for anxiety, pain relief, weight loss and so much more. He also provides Reiki which clients find relaxing and can help promote healing.

    Scott has a BA in Behavioural Science, is a qualified teacher and has Diplomas in hypnotherapy and counselling as well as being a certified Life Coach.

    In addition to various professional memberships, Scott is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health.

  • Claire Gaudry

    Dr Claire Gaudry is an expert ‘brain shifter’.

    Claire transfers her deep understanding of the human brain in a simple toolkit. She designs and delivers leadership development programmes to help you and your teams master soft skills that are essential to leading your business to authentic success.

    Claire’s background includes almost a decade of academic research in medical biology. She is one of the first recipients of the HEduBT, a European Doctorate in Biotechonology awarded to PhD graduates for excellence in international research.

    Claire spent a further 10 years in brain based personal development as a speaker, a trainers trainer, a coach, a lead trainer while managing the business operations of 6 UK based training centers.

    She combined her different sets of expertise in the programmes she delivers as Brain Brilliance Consutling.

    Do not expect her to pass on the intricate mechanisms of neurobiology but rather the simple recipes that will help you engage your brain to generate results and solutions with ease and perspective.

    Her breath of experience and ‘clairity’ combine to make the complicated simple and accessible.

    Her style is very dynamic and engaging and she loves transferring energizing curiosity.

  • Katy Dickie

    Katy is a Well-being Consultant, Certified Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor and trained Coach. She has over twenty year’s experience in large organisations and her most recent experience is as the global lead of a well-being programme for a large international organisation.
    Katy delivers stress management, workplace well-being and Adult Mental Health First Aid training. She is passionate about creating healthier workplaces.
    Katy has a post-graduate in Coaching and Mentoring and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

  • Tricia Woolfrey

    Tricia Woolfrey is a highly experienced integrative coach, therapist and author based in Surrey and Harley Street, London. A former global HR Director, for the last twenty years she has worked with businesses and private individuals to help them manage their stress in a functional way so that they can thrive. She also works with self-esteem, conflict management, anger management, assertiveness, wellness and fatigue. She has authored six books, the latest being Ultimate Energy: from tired to inspired. Her approach is practical, compassionate, supportive, solution-oriented and holistic. She has her own YouTube channel, much of which is dedicated to helping people manage their stress more effectively.

  • Vicky Procter

    Vicky is a qualified counsellor, stress management consultant, NLP master practitioner and hypnotherapist. She has combined all her skills and experiences using an integrative approach to help you manage feelings of stress and anxiety that can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Other symptoms of stress can include:

    Aches and pains, chest pains and a racing heart, having trouble sleeping, headaches and dizziness, high blood pressure, jaw clenching, stomach, and digestive problems.

    Vicky tailors the support she gives to meet your unique needs taking on board your own personal experiences, acknowledging that things can change quickly in life.

    She offers an online service which allows her to reach more clients across the UK, Vicky shall be returning to face to face work shortly if you would prefer this.
