As the founder of Life Blueprint, Aideen is a qualified well-being coach, working with a variety of clients who are looking for positive ways to deal with life’s pressures including stress, anxiety, concentration, overwhelm, frustration and self-doubt.
She draws from positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness to help clients strengthen their personal awareness and build greater resilience to more powerfully navigate the challenges, opportunities and goals within their personal and/or professional life.
Her wellbeing courses and workshops are designed to help employers and employees explore techniques that work specifically for them to:
· elicit the relaxation response
· generate more life balance
· enhance wellbeing
· lower stress
· have greater engagement and productivity
Aideen’s zest for life and individual style shines through as she debunks some of the mystique that often surrounds mindfulness. She clearly demonstrates the many practical tools and techniques that can be incorporated into our daily lives, tailoring her fun and interactive approach to each individual audience.
Bringing a multi-disciplined focus to her work, she draws from positive psychology and neuroscience to help clients strengthen their personal awareness and build greater resilience to more powerfully navigate the challenges, opportunities and goals within their personal, school and/or professional life. Her approach helps her clients respond more creatively; increasing energy and productivity; enhancing their resilience and self-belief and ultimately greater happiness.
A former marketing consultant, a mum of two young boys who was definitely feeling the overwhelm as she strived to achieve a happy work life balance, she is a living testimony to the benefits of incorporating mindfulness into her life. She brings a wealth of experience as a qualified S.M.A.R.T. (Stress Management And Relaxation Techniques), meditation and mindfulness instructor for adults; a S.M.A.R.T. Young Minds Mindfulness, Resilience & Wellbeing Schools Coach; Life coach, Licenced Neuro Linguistic Practitioner and also a graduate from The Science of Happiness programme.
