In this article, Tricia talks about stress in a really relatable way. She points out that stress is pretty much a part of life we can’t avoid it completely, and actually, we wouldn’t want to. But too much of the wrong kind of stress can take a real toll on our health, relationships, and work. That’s where her Five Pillars come in: Psychological, Emotional, Physical, Lifestyle, and Spiritual. She especially focuses on how our thoughts, like always imagining the worst or thinking in extremes, can make stress worse. But the good news is, by shifting the way we think, we can feel more in control and boost our overall wellbeing.
