Our train the trainer programme is a two stage (6 days) dynamic, practical Institute of Leadership and Management endorsed programme suitable for all levels of training professional. It is based on our award winning training delivery style which has yielded on average a 98.7% excellent feedback for delivery style in 2017.  

TTT is a unique, effective set of adaptable presentation and facilitation techniques that draw upon over a decade’s worth of our expertise in the field of stress management, resilience and well-being training. Our Chief De-Stressor and trainer Neil Shah leads participants through inspirational sessions that will develop techniques that supercharge your engagement and rapport-building skills while learning how to deliver up-to-the-minute practical strategies that change lives and transform workplaces.

*ILM registration includes:

  • Free studying membership for the length of the programme (or a minimum of six months). Membership provides access to a wide selection of online resources, news and information selected  to support management learning and development.
  • Processing candidate registrations and results, with full documentation provided
  • Issue of candidate certificates on successful completion of programme
  • Quality assurance and guidance from your designated ILM External Verifier and Quality Manager
  • Advice and guidance on qualifications and resources available from your local Business Manager.

  • Refunds will only be given on bookings for Stress Management Society public courses providing cancellations are confirmed in writing a minimum of 14 days in advance of the event.
  • Cancellation 30 days or more in advance of the course will receive a 70% refund
  • Cancellatiion 29-14 days prior to the course will receive a 50% refund. 
  • The Stress Management Society reserves the right to change events, dates, speakers, topics & venues; and to cancel events at our own discretion.
  • Where we have to postpone or cancel a course we will not be liable for any additional costs incurred for such actions.
