• Our Ambassadors and Partners

Our ambassadors are passionate individuals helping to raise awareness about stress and mental wellbeing. They are committed to sharing practical tips, supporting others, and inspiring positive change in their communities.

Through their work, they turn awareness into action, demonstrating that small, consistent steps can make a big difference in managing stress. Learn more about each ambassador, what motivates them, and the simple strategies they use to stay balanced at work and at home.

Stress has shaped my life in ways I never imagined. It contributed to my autoimmune disease, forced me to slow down, and ultimately made my mental health a priority. From that journey, Lucid was born! Because I’ve lived it firsthand, I’m deeply passionate about stress management and everything that comes with it. Which is why I’d love to do more in supporting the Stress Management Society!

Tip: Writing down your thoughts & unfinished tasks before bed is one of the best ways to stop you from ruminating about everything you need to get done the next day and prevent sleep loss, which helps your body deal with stress!

Practical Tip for Managing Stress:
My best tip for managing stress is to remember there is no point worrying twice. Fear of the unknown is real, but stressing about outcomes you cannot control is not helpful. It is okay to care and feel anxious, but if worry starts taking over your actions, it is time to pause and refocus on the present. Stepping back, focusing on what matters now, and practising gratitude can really help. If stress starts to feel overwhelming, seeking professional support is always a good option.
Why Being an Ambassador Matters:
Being an ambassador for Stress Awareness Month matters to me because while some stress can boost productivity, too much can hold you back. When it turns into overwhelm, it affects focus, decisions, and well-being. I want to help create a culture where people recognise the signs early, speak openly, and take simple steps to manage stress before it builds. By raising awareness and encouraging small, consistent changes, we can support both performance and mental health.

Practical Tip for Managing Stress:
Try the 4-5-6 breath method: inhale to the count of 4, hold for 5, and exhale to 6. It calms me down every time.

Why Being an Ambassador Matters:
Everyone experiences stress, and how we manage it makes all the difference. As an ambassador, I hope to help people navigate stress more effectively by sharing practical tips, encouraging healthier habits, and supporting a balanced lifestyle.
