Recently, the craze surrounding the benefits of drinking water with Himalayan salt, known as Sole has become more apparent than ever before; Sole is water that has been saturated with natural salt.
We are constantly perspiring important minerals which we need throughout the day. This happening as we do everyday tasks, work out or even as we sleep at night. Naturally, our bodies repair themselves whilst we sleep, using up a lot of the water that is in our bodies. This often leaves us all reaching for a glass of water first thing in the morning, or with a longing need for a nap at around 3pm due to dehydration. A simple way to replenish the lost minerals if by drinking water mixed with Himalayan salt as it contains 84 minerals. Drinking this first thing in the morning will help us to put a spring in our steps when our sleepiness hits.

Try it yourself! To make sole: use a jar or a bottle with a plastic lid, fill the bottle with ¼ Himalayan salt, and ¾ water. Leave some room at the top of the bottle and leave the bottle overnight to soak up the salt. There should still be a little bit of salt left in the morning at the bottom of the bottle, if there is not, add more water until there is some remaining at the bottom, as when some salt lingers at the bottom of the bottle, it indicates that the water has been absorbed to the maximum amount.
Then: mix 1 tsp of the Sole into a glass of water every morning.
