The Organisation: GE Aviation [Hamble] GE Aviation is the world’s leading producer of large and small jet engines for commercial and military aircraft. GE’s Aviation technological excellence, supported by continuing substantial investments in research and development, has been the foundation for growth, and helps to ensure quality products for their customers
The Project: To support GE Aviation meet the stress elements of their ‘HealthAhead’ Launch.
The Solution: In order to support GE meeting their Health Ahead requirements The Stress Management Society performed a full Risk Assessment inline with HSE Stress Management Framework. Any areas that needed improvement were addressed properly through the utilisation of Stress Awareness and Line Managers’ Training
The Stress Management Society would like to thank GE Aviation Hamble for selecting us to support them through their HealthAhead Project. Your passion for ensuring that your staff have the necessary support to manage stress helped us do our job.
We would like to specially thank Phil Rowland for the great testimonial and support through our work together.
I'd just like to take the opportunity to express great thanks for the services and support the stress Management Society has offered GE Hamble during the 'HealthAhead' launch; including, but not limited to, the internal voice of the customer surveys, stress management courses for leadership and stress awareness sessions for employees.
Although we recognize that your services are not the cheapest, your domain knowledge and passion resulted in the decision to choose yourselves, a decision that was reinforced by the excellent feedback received from all participants who attended.
The work you done helped satisfy three out of the five actions within the 'Stress' element. As a result of this great work I would not hesitate to recommend you to other GE businesses.
